About the Practitioner

Hello and Welcome to Vitality Massage!   My name is Stacie L Hughes (Bermel) L.M.T. I'm a married mother with two adult children.  In 2010 I graduated at The New York Institute of Massage and I am the owner/operator of Vitality Massage in Medina since 2012.

I have had many occupations including food service industry, factory line work, and I am a U.S. Army veteran.  In 2009, I decided I wanted a career helping people, and found massage therapy was an exact match for what I needed to do.  I look forward to working with people everyday and helping them feel better.  It is such a rewarding career!

My massage practice focuses mostly on therapeutic benefits of massage and relaxation.  I concentrate on target areas of pain and stiffness, try to increase range of motion, and use relaxation techniques for decreasing stress.
